WORSHIP TEAM

Within our Journey Worship team, we have Tabitha McNeil and Dinah Carpenter on piano; Debbie Carpenter as lead vocal; Carla Sheldon on vocals; Matt McNeil, and Larry Tibbet on Bass; Eli Carpenter on guitar and vocals; Larry Tibbet on percussion and tech; Other volunteers on our team include Dinah Carpenter, Josh Parsons, Dana Parsons on tech/sound. . Youth ministry

Eli and Dinah Carpenter are passionate about guiding the next generation to grow in their faith, character, and purpose. As a committed youth leaders at Journey Ministries, Eli and Dinah has dedicated two years to creating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where students feel seen, valued, and empowered to follow Jesus. We lead with creativity, and compassion-organizing youth events, small groups, and service projects that inspire spiritual growth and build a lasting community. Eli and Dinah is driven by the belief that young people are not just the future of the Church-they are a vital part of it today.

Kid’s ministry

Ethan and Sam Carpenter has a heart for helping children discover God’s love in fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate ways. As a leader in the Kid’s Ministry at Journey Ministries. They are passionate about creating a safe, joyful environment where every child can grow in faith, build friendships, and learn the truth of God’s Word. With experience in teaching, and leading engaging activities, Journey Ministries believes that the foundation of faith starts early-and that kid’s ministry should be filled with laughter, learning, and love. Whether leading a Sunday lesson, organizing a family event, or simply listening to a child’s story, Ethan and Sam strives to reflect Christ’s kindness and care in every interaction.

Matt and Tabitha McNeil serves as the Young Adults leader at Journey Ministries, where Matt and Tabitha is passionate about helping 18-25-year-olds navigate faith, purpose, and community in this defining stage of life. With a heart for discipleship and authentic relationships, Journey Ministries creates spaces where young adults can ask hard questions, grow spiritually, and walk together through life’s journey.

Whether through Bible studies, worship nights, or real conversations over coffee, they are committed to building a ministry that is rooted in Christ and relevant to today’s culture. Matt and Tabitha believes that young adults are not just transitioning into adulthood-they’re shaping the Church right now, and God is doing something powerful in and through their lives.
